Lovely location on the east side of Molokai. It's an older complex built in the 70's. Many of the condos have been renovated. "A" building is oceanfront (about 20' from the ocean). They have a pool and a cabana along with tennis courts. It's about 13 miles from Kaunakakai, the central town, where most of the few shops are located. You would need a rental car as there are few taxis and an occasional shuttle to town.
