Solid campsite. Plenty space, bathroom and showers, calm water, and close to town. Must get permit in person or by mail.

This is a great park. It has shaded spots where you can grill and relax. The beach is long and somewhat protected. There is a play ground and covered picnic table area. It also has a field large enough for football or soccer.

We were also able to watch a number of whales swim by. Just bring binos or a spotting scope.

The water is too silty to swim in, but great place to relax for the day.
